Prior to his doctoral studies, Sihao researched China’s semiconductor industrial policy in Beijing as a Schwarzman Scholar. Sihao also founded a start-up in the aerospace industry and holds a BS in Physics and Electrical Engineering from MIT. His analysis has been featured in publications such as Foreign Affairs, Politico, and TIME Magazine.
