Ketana Krishna’s work focuses on the societal impacts of frontier AI systems and the associated governance requirements. She has been involved in initiatives aimed at strengthening collaboration between governments, frontier AI developers, and civil society with the goal of building societal resilience to advanced AI.

Ketana was a Summer Fellow at the Centre for the Governance of AI. She has also contributed to research on dynamic safety cases for frontier AI.

Earlier in her career, Ketana spent several years in broadcast journalism, where she held the roles of Senior News Editor and Head of Editorial Analysis and the Legal Wing at a major Indian news network with a global audience. In that role, she led research and analysis teams covering geopolitics, regulation, and national security, organised high-level policy and leadership summits, and drafted talking points and briefings for interviews with heads of government, ministers, and international leaders.

Ketana holds a Master of Public Administration from University College London, specialising in Development, Technology, and Innovation Policy, and a Bachelor’s in Law, with Honors, from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, India.
